Breast Health Screening and Treatment
When breast health is a concern, our BreastCare Center specialists and staff are here to care for you and about you. We provide screening, diagnosis and treatments for benign and malignant breast conditions. Our clinical experts deliver standard and innovative therapies, genetic counseling, support services and a special sensitivity to the needs of young women with breast cancer. We also offer patients compassionate, state-of-the-art surgical breast cancer care, as well as breast reconstruction surgery services. BIDMC is home to the Boston Lymphatic Center, a leader in lymphedema treatment and advocacy. Today, the outlook for patients with breast cancer is more encouraging than ever before.

Our highly specialized radiology program offers routine screening mammograms as well as diagnostic imaging and procedures
Breast Cancer Treatment
We provide the full range of therapies for women with breast cancer, as well as supportive care through treatment and beyond.
Genetic Testing
We provide genetic counseling and testing to individuals at an increased risk for hereditary breast cancer and other cancers.
