After a collaborative and transparent multi-year process, BIDMC has selected the first set of organizations to receive funding for impactful initiatives in the areas of housing affordability, jobs and financial security, and behavioral health.

BIDMC is also awarding $270,000 over the next two years to North Suffolk Mental Health Association to improve access to behavioral health services in the city of Chelsea. The funding will support a bilingual clinical intensive case management team that will work with uninsured and underinsured Chelsea residents.
