About Our Research and Clinical Trials
The Center for Anesthesia Research Excellence (CARE) is a group of clinical research professionals. We partner with physicians to carry out research studies in Anesthesia, Critical Care, and Pain Medicine. Our goal is to make research a good experience for participants and investigators alike, and to produce high-quality data that will improve patient care. While you or your loved one is in the hospital, someone from our group may approach you about taking part in a study. Research is always voluntary. We hope you will be interested in learning more about our studies, and ways to help future patients.
