The Latinx Colorectal Surgery Clinic was created to provide culturally competent care to the Latinx community of Boston. Our main goal is to improve communication between patients and providers in a culturally attentive environment.
Our team includes colorectal surgeons from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, experts in providing colon and rectum surgical care who are also faculty at Harvard Medical School.
The Latinx Clinic provides an environment specifically created for Latinx patients where bilingually certified staff is dedicated to make your clinic experience the best one possible.
We are able to provide all documents in Spanish for patients to better understand their pathology, along with specialized medical interpreters with specific training in colorectal surgery terminology.
The Latinx Clinic provides treatment for colorectal conditions including: colorectal cancer, anorectal diseases, and inflammatory bowel disease among other pathologies. If you require surgery, we can provide you with all the information in Spanish.
