BIDMC collaborates with referring physicians to improve continuity of care for patients with diseases affecting the lungs and airways and esophagus.
We consider each referring physician to be an important member of our health care team. We strive to keep you updated on your patient's status and are committed to making ourselves available to answer your questions or address any concerns.

To assure a timelier visit, please have the following faxed to our office along with the referral:
- Most recent office visit note
- Impressions of recent scans or tests
- Copy of images sent via mail or electronically
