Our goal in Radiology is for patients to have an excellent experience when they visit any of our areas of care. Patients can take our Radiology "Patient Satisfaction Survey" using the kiosk provided in each waiting area. We ask patients questions about their visit, having them use a rating scale from "Very Good," "Good," "Fair," "Poor," to "Very Poor." The graphs below show the percentage of times the patients responded "Very Good" when asked a question. We don't want our patients to just have a good experience, we want them to have a VERY GOOD experience!
