Brian Frescas, PharmD
Brian Frescas was born and raised in El Paso, TX, where he received his B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at El Paso. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy and subsequently went on to complete PGY-1 training at Methodist Hospital and Methodist Children's Hospital in San Antonio, TX. Brian's professional interests include microbiology; mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance, infectious diseases consult service, and teaching. After completing his PGY-2 residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, he hopes to practice as a well-rounded infectious diseases specialist with responsibilities that touch on all areas of the specialty, including stewardship, consults, and facilitating the education of students or residents as a preceptor or teacher. When not geeking out about bugs and drugs, Brian enjoys singing and playing the piano or guitar, relaxing with some video games, or staying active at the gym.
Ann-Marie Idusuyi, PharmD
Ann-Marie Idusuyi is originally from Lynn, MA and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from MCPHS University in Worcester, MA. After graduation, Ann-Marie completed her PGY1 training at UMass Memorial Medical Center. Ann-Marie’s professional interests include Antimicrobial Stewardship, academia and consulting on complex infectious diseases cases. After completing her PGY-2 residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, she hopes to practice as an infectious diseases clinical pharmacist at an academic medical center with a role in stewardship, ID consults and resident and student preceptorship. In her free time, Ann-Marie enjoys reading sci-fi, fantasy and thriller books, as well as playing outdoor games like pickle ball and working out.
