Exercise Videos

Exercise has been shown to be very beneficial for people with Parkinson's Disease. Here are two 30 minute exercise class videos that were filmed in Spanish with one of our therapists. One has a focus on strengthening of arms and legs as well as agility. The other has a focus on balance and agility. They both include a warm-up and a cool down with coordination and mobility exercises. The exercises include modifications to be performed standing or sitting depending on what is safest and most comfortable for you. Please consult your physical therapist for individualized modifications.
