Infusion Services at BIDMC wants to do everything we can to ensure you are provided with safe and effective care. Please speak with one of the care team members if you have any questions or concerns. The time of your appointment and the length of time you will be in the unit depends on the treatment you are receiving. Your nurse will be able to tell you what to expect.

Our unit can be very busy. Please understand that if you are late for an appointment, we may not be able to provide your infusion that day. If this happens, we will work with you to reschedule. We thank you in advance for making every effort to be on time for your appointments.
