Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center offers at-home cardiac rehabilitation services, allowing you to regain your heart health from the comfort of your own home.
Through our partnership with Recora, a virtual cardiac recovery service provider, our cardiac rehab program helps reduce your chance of returning to the hospital and improves your quality of life.
What To Expect
Your care team will organize two-to-three sessions per week. These are designed with your unique heart health needs in mind, ensuring comprehensive treatment based on you.
Working with your doctor to design a treatment plan that works for you, your Recora team provides:
- Live video exercise sessions personalized for your ability
- Nutrition counseling and cooking demonstrations
- One-on-one coaching and peer support in group classes
- Support for managing stress, medication and smoking cessation
