Restorative yoga is a gentle, quiet form of yoga that uses props to support the body, allowing for mental and emotional relaxation.
Yoga is helpful for:
- bringing mind and body into balance
- deep relaxation & self-care
- slowing down and unwinding
- purposeful rest
