Join Our Weekly Online Antepartum Restorative Yoga Classes
Restorative yoga is a gentle, quiet form of yoga that uses props to support the body, allowing for mental and emotional relaxation.
Yoga is helpful for:

- slowing down & unwinding
- purposeful rest
