Open House Series: Free Fitness Classes at Bowdoin Street Health Center

Spring into fitness! You and your family are invited to attend free classes during a special Open House series at the Wellness Center at Bowdoin Street. Drop-in for a class (no registration required) and learn about all of the benefits of joining the Center.
Classes are open to all fitness abilities and can be modified to fit individual needs. Classes are geared toward teens, adults and seniors. Children under the age of 15 should call ahead if interested in a particular class.
