Radiology residents in BostonThank you for your interest in our Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program. Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) is a world-class teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School and offers superior academic training in a friendly and supportive environment. BIDMC is proud to be among the first academic medical centers in the nation to offer comprehensive residency programs in both Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology.

With a central role in clinical service, teaching, and research, the Department of Radiology at BIDMC performs more than 450,000 radiologic examinations each year in Boston and at our affiliated health care facilities. In addition to extensive hands-on training at BIDMC, our Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program includes rotations at Boston Children’s Hospital and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.

We have a strong faculty mentoring program, a national radiology alumni network, and a collegial environment that creates long-lasting friendships and collaborations between residents and faculty.
