Meet Our Program Leadership
Chi-Fong Wang, MD
Program Director
Dr. Wang is a member of the OBGYN Generalist Practice based at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. She completed medical school at Boston University School of Medicine and her residency training at Brown University/Women and Infants Hospital of Rhode Island. She is a full-spectrum academic specialist in general obstetrics and gynecology, and her interests focus on resident education, minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery, and LGBTQ+ care.
Sara Neill, MD, MPH
Associate Program Director
Dr. Neill is a Complex Family Planning Specialist and clinician-researcher. She completed medical school at the University of Michigan, residency at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, and a Fellowship in Complex Family Planning at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. She also holds a Master’s in Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her research interests include the impact of policy and health systems on clinician practice in pregnancy loss, contraception, and abortion care. She is the course director for the advanced clinical elective in Complex Family Planning at BIDMC/Harvard Medical School.
Huma Farid, MD
Assistant Program Director
Dr. Farid is Division Chief of the OBGYN Generalist Practice at BIDMC. She completed her both her undergraduate and medical degrees at Harvard University, and her residency at the Brigham and Women's Hospital/ Massachusetts General Hospital combined OBGYN residency program. Dr. Farid's interests focus on colposcopy, healthcare disparities, diversity in medicine, and medical education.
