The program provides a wide range of benefits, including iPads for all new residents, malpractice insurance coverage, on-call meal cards, short and long-term disability insurance, a variety of textbooks, and a generous educational allowance. The program also makes available the opportunity to purchase several types of health, dental and life insurance.
