Congratulations! You're Pregnant!

Pregnancy is a special time for you and your family.

There is much to learn about your changing body and your growing baby, and the things that you can do to help make your pregnancy healthy and enjoyable.

While pregnant there are many changes that occur, both physical and emotional. Our goal is to provide you with support both during and after pregnancy.

You probably have many questions (especially if this is your first pregnancy) and are wondering what to expect and how best to stay healthy during this important time. We are here to help. Most of the changes that you will experience are normal and natural, and this section will help you learn what to expect. It will also give you the information you need to decide if something is not going right so that you can call your provider if needed.

We hope you find the information in this section helpful. We wish you and your family a happy and healthy pregnancy.

All of the information in this section is designed to give you basic knowledge about the first months of your pregnancy. Please use this as a general guide, and always remember that no two patients and no two pregnancies are exactly the same. Your obstetric provider is the best source of health information that is just right for you and your baby, so talk with your provider about anything that concerns you, and ask any questions that you may have.
