Each transplant recipient and donor is a unique individual with a diverse set of needs. The Transplant Team at BIDMC is a multidisciplinary group of experts who are committed to compassionate patient involvement throughout the entire process: the initial evaluation, pre-transplant care, transplant surgery and follow-up care. Each member is an expert in his or her field and has experience in the special issues of transplant patients.
