Walking Prescription Pad

Get your walking prescription How much should YOU walk? Based on your age, fitness level and other factors, the CardioVascular Institute has come up with this tool to give a general idea of how much you should walk for better health. After completing a series of fields, you will receive a "prescription" for the amount of walking that would be best for you.

As always, if you have never done a fitness program, check with your own doctor before starting.
