For Schools

No matter your age, walking is a great activity. It helps you stay fit, lower stress, boost your mood and strengthen your bones.

You can walk with family members or friends. You don't need a gym or any fancy equipment. Best of all, unlike so many exercise programs, walking is free.

Use Our School Walking Kits

When kids develop and follow a walking program early on, they learn fitness basics that can last a lifetime. That's why Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center created the Walking Club and our special walking kits for students. Download now:

We encourage you to use these free materials to teach students about the benefits of walking and to get them excited about making this exercise part of their weekly routine.

Thank you for joining the BIDMC Walking Club!
