Adult Americans spend most of their waking hours at work. Unfortunately, many of those hours are spent sitting at a desk, making them vulnerable to health risks associated with inactive lifestyles. One of the greatest things you can do for your employees, is to get them moving and on the road to better health.

Starting a walking club at work will help employees have more energy -- plus, it builds teamwork and company spirit and it's free! It does not have to be complicated nor does it need to take a lot of time. It can involve just a few co-workers or a large number of employees.
