Submit Photo Instructions (cont'd)
Require Fields*
a. Photo*
- Attach your image to the email.
- Please provide the highest resolution image that your camera allows.
- Photos should not be bigger than 1Mb and 450 pixels wide x 375 pixels high.
- All photos are reviewed and must be approved by the BIDMC Web Staff before they are uploaded to the web site.
- Photos may be cropped and resized by the BIDMC Web Staff, if necessary.
- All approved photos will be uploaded by the BIDMC Web Staff to the photo gallery within 5-7 business days.
b. Healthy Is Caption*
- Type your Healthy Is caption into the body of the email.
- Limit to 60 characters. For example, "Healthy is going for long walks on the beach."
- All captions are reviewed and must be approved by the BIDMC Web Staff before posting the web site.
c. Name*
- Type your name into the body of the email.
- Limit to 30 characters.
- Provide full name, first name or nickname for photo credit.
d. City and State
- Type your city and state into the body of the email.
