Toxic sugar?

Lew Cantley doesn't much care for sugar. As Director of the BIDMC Cancer Center, he has seen things in his lab that has prompted him to cut way back on his own consumption.
Cantley tells CBS News's 60 Minutes that sugar causes a sudden spike in the hormone insulin. And that insulin can fuel certain types of cancer.
