Outer Cape expands Provincetown center

Outer Cape Health Services has officially opened the doors to its newly expanded Provincetown Health Center.
"The opening is a giant step forward in our ongoing efforts to improve the level of comprehensive care we can provide to residents, workers and visitors," says OCHS Chief Executive Officer Sally Deane.
With funding from the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act's Construction Improvement Program and private sources, OCHS was able to make health center-wide improvements including a new American Disabilities Act compliant lobby, more space for medical providers to collaborate as a team and the addition of six new exam rooms.
Outer Cape Health Services, Inc. is a federally qualified community health center with sites in Provincetown and Wellfleet. BIDMC Emergency doctors provide urgent care each summer, seven days a week from 5-9 p.m. in OCHS's Provincetown location.
