Center for the Study of Nutrition Medicine: Research

As medicine continues to advance through scientific discovery, translational research represents the cornerstone of enhancing clinical care. At the CSNM, we are acutely aware that this bench-to-bedside approach to research is a two way street. By identifying both the breakthroughs in biomedical research and the needs of patient populations, our mission is to give health care providers and the public clear, actionable information about achieving healthy body weight, eating nutritious foods, being physically active, getting enough sleep, managing stress, and enjoying life.

The Center for the Study of Nutrition Medicine, enhancing clinical care by bringing the best of ‘the bench’ to the ‘bedside.’ Learn more about us.
