Cell Trafficking Studies with NIR Tracers

Ventral images of mice at 5 minutes and 5 hours post intravenous (IV) or intraperitoneal (IP) injection of T lymphocytes labeled with an NIR dye. Early image following IV administration shows evidence of cell uptake in lungs. Late image shows strong signal emanating from the liver. Late image of mouse administered IP shows cells collecting in the lymphatic system.
