Hepatobiliary Imaging
Fluorescence images at various times post intravenous injection of ICG in a nude mouse. In early images, the dye is visible in major vessels. ICG is rapidly removed from circulation by the liver. The later images show dye accumulation in the gall bladder (g), kidneys (k), and duodenum (d).
