Thermal Dynamics of DNA Opening
In a collaboration with Los Alamos National Laboratory, our lab is investigating computational models of thermally-induced DNA dynamical opening. We hope to verify our theoretical predictions experimentally, and show a correlation of dynamic openings with promoter function in DNA.
