The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine welcomes Dr. Melanie Pogach.
Melanie Pogach, MD, a pulmonary/sleep specialist, has joined the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine after completing fellowship training in sleep medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
In addition to critical care medicine, her ambulatory practice will focus on sleep medicine with a particular interest in complex sleep breathing and related disorders. She will serve as an attending physician in the medical intensive care units.
Dr. Pogach also is completing a master’s degree through the Scholars in Clinical Science Program at Harvard Medical School in Boston and is involved in research examining the consequences of sleep disordered breathing.
