Parking and Valet Service
There are several parking garages at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. All medical center garages have the same rates, but not all have the same hours. Please call our parking office during business hours for information on parking garages.
Family and friends who are at the medical center for more than two hours are eligible for reduced rate parking. They must bring their parking ticket to one of the medical center’s information desks to receive validation for a reduced rate. The information desks are located in the Feldberg and Farr lobbies, in the lobbies of the clinical centers on each campus, and in the lobby of the Lowry Medical Office Building.
For your convenience, valet parking is available on the west campus in front of the Clinical Center on Deaconess Road. If you have your car parked by the valet, you will be charged a flat valet rate.
If you park your car yourself, please note that most of our garages have cashiers located outside the garage. Drivers must bring their tickets with them, and pay the cashier just before returning to their cars. With the exception of the parking area at the Lowry Medical Office Building, it is not possible to pay for parking at the exit gate of the garage.
If you were admitted through the emergency department and your car is parked in the emergency lot, please speak to a member of our staff so that we can work with the valet service to move your car. You will receive a reduced daily rate in one of our parking garages. If possible, you may want to ask a friend or family member to bring your car home so that you can avoid additional parking charges.
