Cafeterias and Restaurants
Family and friends are welcome to eat at any of the medical center’s cafeterias or coffee shops. Several independent food establishments are also located within the medical center. Information on where to find a meal or a cup of coffee appears below. Ask a member of our staff for specific directions if needed.
West Campus
Farr Building Cafeteria
- A cafeteria serving hot meals, sandwiches, soups, desserts, and coffee
- Open weekdays from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m., and from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.; and weekends and holidays from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (hot meals available during lunch and dinner hours)
- Located in the basement of the Farr Building on the west campus
The CrossRoads Café
- A coffee shop serving coffee, pastries, soup, and sandwiches
- Open weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Located in the lobby of the Farr Building
The West End Café
- A coffee, pastry, and sandwich cart
- Open weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Located in the lobby of the Clinical Center on the west campus, near the emergency department
East Campus
Ullian Dining Area
- A cafeteria serving hot meals, sandwiches, soups, desserts, and coffee
- Open weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., and weekends from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (hot meals available during lunch and dinner hours)
- Located on the second floor of the Feldberg Building on the east campus
- Vending machines with snacks and sandwiches available 24 hours a day
The Grill
- A grill serving breakfast and sandwiches
- Open weekdays from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. to midnight
- Located within the Ullian Dining Area, on the second floor of the Feldberg Building, east campus
Souper Salad
- Independently run self-service restaurant serving salads, soups, and sandwiches
- Open weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Located in the lobby of the Carl J. Shapiro Clinical Center, east campus
Starbucks Coffee
- Independently run gourmet coffee shop serving coffee and pastries
- Open weekdays from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Located on the ground floor of the Carl J. Shapiro Clinical Center, east campus, near the Binney Street entrance
