When exiting the Shapiro Garage elevator you are now on the first floor of the Shapiro building.
Walk straight ahead and turn left before you reach the staircase in front of you.
You will see the information desk on your right.
Directly across from the information desk is the elevator bay
Take the elevator to the second floor.
