Lotsa Helping Hands

Organize Help Online from Family and Friends

Lotsa Helping Hands is a simple, immediate way for friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors to assist loved ones during their stay in the hospital and beyond.

Lotsa Helping Hands: create communityAn easy-to-use, private group calendar specifically designed for organizing helpers, allows volunteers to easily help with tasks such as meal delivery, rides, etc. during a crisis.

Website coordinators can sign up for a free website and add as many members to their care circle as needed. After tasks are created by the coordinators, e-mails requesting coverage for tasks can be sent to all or specific volunteers.

Lotsa Helping Hands also has the capability to send reminders to volunteers when tasks and dates are approaching.  It is a perfect scheduling tool for patients facing long-term or chronic illness who need help and care from their friends and family.

Members can also communicate with one another through message boards, post personal blogs, share photos, and send well wishes to the family. And, coordinators can safely store and retrieve vital information for the family — from medical and health records to financial and legal documents.
