The Health Information Management Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is dedicated to maintaining your medical records and keeping your health information private and secure in accordance with federal and state regulations. Medical records are kept 20 years after your discharge or final treatment. You have the right to  review or, for a fee, obtain copies of your medical records.
