Boston Thomas Isaac, MD, MBA, MPH, an instructor in medicine at Harvard Medical School, has joined the Division of General Medicine and Primary Care at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC).

Isaac is a resident of Boston. He comes to BIDMC after completing the Harvard General Internal Medicine Fellowship Program. Isaac is a primary care physician who is seeing patients in Healthcare Associates, the primary care practice at BIDMC. His research interests include patient safety, health information technologies and a quality improvement project to improve the outpatient electronic medical record’s referral tracking ability.

Isaac received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA. He completed intern and resident training at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence, RI.
