Our Curriculum Committee
A Curriculum Committee, appointed by the Co-Directors and the Vice President for Education, includes Program Directors and Core Clerkship Directors throughout the Medical Center, senior education directors from the departments of nursing and respiratory therapy, educators from the Center for Education and the Department of Surgery, the Directors of Graduate and Undergraduate Medical Education, and the SASC staff. The Committee is charged with the review and approval of new program applications, and serves as a “think tank” for other faculty in the design and implementation of institution-wide curricula for medical students, residents, fellows and practicing physicians.
