Class Days
Class days are held on Mondays throughout the internship. BIDMC-based class days involved a series of speakers from the hospital and surrounding facilities. Dietetic interns also do much of the "teaching" during these class days. Some Mondays are designated "joint class days" where all of the Boston-based dietetic interns are gathered for a larger theme-based class day. Examples of joint class day topics include:

- Vendor day at US Food Service
- Nutrition Research
- Career Day
- Pediatric nutrition
- Motivational Interviewing
- Food Safety & Security at Natick Labs
Classes offered are non-credit classes.
