Ambulatory

All interns have at least 4 weeks of ambulatory block. Continuity practice sessions during block provide an opportunity for growth of your own practice. Our intern ambulatory curriculum is focused upon common medical problems in primary care. We also provide teaching on resources in our practice that help you to provide care to complex patients.

Junior and Senior residents have 3 ambulatory blocks per year if categorical, and 5 blocks per year if primary care. During each ambulatory block, residents work in their continuity practice, attend our ambulatory curriculum, and choose from a broad range of more than 30 ambulatory electives opportunities.
