Applying to the International Emergency Medicine Fellowship
Application Requirements
1. Completed fellowship application form
2. Personal statement. Please address the following in a single-spaced page:
- past experiences that have contributed to your interest in International Emergency Medicine;
- what are your specific interests within the field of International Emergency Medicine; and
- how will this fellowship help you achieve your future career goals
3. Official medical school transcript
4. Three letters of recommendation (one letter should be from either your residency program director or current department chair)
5. Current curriculum vitae (CV)
6. Official USMLE transcript
7. Separate application to the Masters of Public Health program at Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH). HSPH deadline is December 15. Please see the HSPH website for application details: http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/administrative-offices/admissions/
Fellowship application deadline is November 15.
