Anesthesia Residency Program
The anesthesia residency program, under the direction of Dr. Stephanie Jones, provides innovative educational experiences to prepare trainees for the challenges of an anesthesiologist in the 21st century. We create a supportive and responsive learning atmosphere that promotes participation and scientific inquiry. Residents are encouraged to reach beyond their individual potential. The educational priority of the department is evidenced by the comprehensive didactic, clinical, and skills and simulation teaching programs. Our didactic series is enhanced by the participation of HMS faculty, as well as local, national and international experts

We have a rich and varied clinical caseload that provides an exceptional range of learning opportunities. The clinical experience and teaching in the operating rooms is the cornerstone of our program.
