This survey is open to all BIDMC research and clinical faculty – new and established - who did not complete this survey in December 2006 when it was first available.

A $100.00 gift certificate to the Harvard COOP will be awarded for each 100 respondents who complete the survey. The final question at the end of the survey is where you can indicate if your name can be submitted for the drawings.

The purpose of this confidential survey is to determine: 1) your goals when you entered your professional career; 2) assess how your goals may change with time; 3) your definition of success in your professional life and your career and 4) assess your interest and motivation in academic promotion.
