Postdoctoral Fellowship Sessions
Dr. Terry Maratos-Flier, MD, Director of the Office for Academic Careers and Faculty Development leads sessions geared specifically for Post-Docs. These sessions address specific issues Post-Docs should consider when looking to be promoted both within the Harvard environment and also outside of the Harvard environment. These sessions discuss various career track opportunities for Post-Docs including what questions/actions should be evaluated for each available career track. Other sessions address assessment of the Post-Doc's current career position to ensure successful career advancement opportunities.

Following each Next Steps session, Dr. Maratos-Flier is available for consultation on a one-on-one basis. Depending upon the response for counseling sessions, she also sets aside specific blocks of time for these counseling sessions if needed.
