This session, led by Richard Schwartzstein, MD, BIDMC, Vice President of Education, will provide practical tips on how to build your career on the two non-investigator promotion paths at Harvard Medical School. The discussion will include information on the best ways to demonstrate expertise in your field, the nature of scholarship, and hints for navigating the promotion maze at HMS.
