Transplant Pharmacist
The transplant pharmacist provides education to new transplant patients about immunosuppression medication, as well as options for new immunosusuppressive agents available through clinical trials. The transplant pharmacist is also a resource to the entire Transplant Institute team by providing drug information and education about complex drug interactions.
