The Dialysis Access Center provides patient education and emotional support, and assistance with financial planning. Our staff will help you understand the many aspects of kidney disease, the tests you will need, preparations for dialysis access surgery, the surgical procedure itself, recovery, medications and much more. We are a lifelong resource to help you and your family - together with your referring physician - take the necessary steps to regain and maintain your health.
