Post-op Support Group- Topic: Healthy Cooking Class with Liz Moore, RD

Dates: 2nd Wednesday & 4th Thursday* of each month
* This 3rd Thursday date is a make up meeting since 11/26 is CANCELLED for the Thanksgiving Holiday
*On this Thursdays (after 7pm), support group members will have the opportunity to share their journey with people considering WLS at the information session (held in the Skills and Simulation Center).
Guidelines:
- Have fun!
- Groups limited to post-op patients
- Please be considerate of others
- Snack and drink are allowed provided individual clean up
Additional Suggestions:
- Come prepared with questions/ideas/ insights
- Be prepared/willing to share and participate
- Communication and openness are the keys to the groups success
