Dr. Andrew A. Wagner is Director of Minimally Invasive Urologic Surgery and Co-Director of the Renal Tumor Program at BIDMC. He specializes in minimally invasive surgical approaches to benign and malignant urologic conditions with a focus on kidney and prostate surgery. Dr. Wagner is considered an expert in the treatment of urologic cancer and has performed hundreds of surgeries for prostate and kidney cancer, particularly robotic radical prostatectomy and laparoscopic radical and partial nephrectomy. He is a member of the American Urologic Association and Endourologic Society.
