The Department of Surgery's Annual Research Report (2011) is now available  online or, by request, in print. At nearly 300 pages, the report is but a snapshot of the environment and activities within the Department of Surgery and its highly interdisciplinary research collaborations. However, it provides an overview of our robust research enterprise, which is supported by nearly $20 million in funding and 40 NIH grants.
