Our Team
Staff members at BIDMC value the individuality and diversity of patients, and recognize the importance of getting to know each and every one. Clinicians in the division have a wealth of experience working with a variety of patient populations, including adolescents, adults, seniors, professional athletes, people with acute foot issues, and those managing chronic diseases.
Our therapeutic goal is always foot rehabilitation. Our more personal goal is to help patients maintain the best possible quality of life. Continuity of care is of particular importance to BIDMC podiatry providers. The referring physician is always a key member of the care team and is consistently updated on the patient’s progress. BIDMC podiatrists stay in close contact and share test results, diagnoses, care plans, treatment outcomes and follow-up recommendations. Such close relationships with referring physicians ensure well-coordinated patient care and an easy transition back to the care of referring physicians.
