Making an Appointment
To receive services, in most cases, a physician’s order and an insurance referral are needed. Physicians can send orders and primary care physicians can enter insurance referrals via BIDMC’s on-line medical record system or by fax to 617-667-9204 for occupational and physical therapy and 617-632-7401 for Voice, Speech and Swallowing. Physical therapy and occupational therapy services are also available at our full-service, off-site clinics in Lexington and Chelsea and at Bowdoin Street Health Center.
